What's it like to live in Noel Park?

What are the pros and cons of living here? Is there much greenery in the area?

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

  • The Noel Park features some very well built houses that are steeped in local history (see link to read more). You have a choice of tube two stations very close by, making it possible to hop on the tube and be in the City in just 15 minutes. Plenty of shops nearby and some great open spaces, Alexandra Palace being the most famous of the parks. I hope this helps.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
