What's it like to live in Piccadilly?
Is there much greenery in the area? How does it compare to the areas around?

I am not sure of what it's like to live, but I did work there for three years. It's one of the most expensive areas to live and so I imagine properties are pretty small. Given that it is central London it will be very noisy and busy all the week round.

It really depends on the amount of greenery you are after as there are many places in London offering different levels of greenery from private gardens to open parks. Please feel feel to give us a call if you are looking for a place to buy and we can help identify your requirements. We look across all agents and also have access to off market properties that might suit.
