What's it like to live in Raynes Park?
Is it a safe area? Is there much greenery in the area?

Loads of greenery! Adjacent to both Richmond Park and Wimbledon and lots of smaller parks all over the place. Just have a look at the area on google maps and you'll see what I mean.
