What's it like to live in Southfields?

Is it a safe area? Is there much greenery in the area?

  • Southfields is a great area to live in. I've only lived there for a few months but can tell that it's very much an area for young families so there are good schools, it's pretty quiet and there are plenty of parks. It depends which part of Southfields you're in but there's Wimbledon Park next to the South, King George's Park to the East and there's the large expanse of Wimbledon Common to the West - all within a short walk. The District Line into London is busy but quick and runs overground into Earl's Court which makes the journey that much more pleasant.

  • We would suggest that you check out the local Tourism website & check the crime rates for the area. Do some research on the internet – it’s worth calling a few of the agents too to get some advice. Spend some time in the area that you are interested in too – try to get a feel for the place. Good Luck!

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
