What are the local amenities like? What kind of people live around here?

  • The Hyde has several local amenities including Colindale station on the Northern line, Colindale Primary School, St James' Catholic High School, Asda, the British Library newspaper depository and the Royal Air Force Museum. It is a diverse area made up of most demographic profiles and people are generally friendly. Rushgrove Park is off Crossway and there is a small park opposite Colindale station. In addition, Silver Jubilee Park in Kingsbury is approximately five minutes drive from Colindale station.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
