What's it like to live in Walthamstow?
What are the pros and cons of living here? Is it an area on the up?

It has excellent transport links (tube, rail, bus station). If you like shopping then it's a very stress-free 20 minute tube ride to the heart of Oxford Circus but if you want to enjoy locally, there's Walthamstow market which is Europe's longest market with abundance of fresh fruits and clothes shopping. There are also two huge supermarkets (Asda and Sainsbury) within a 5 min walk of each other. The local historic village conservation areas are absolutely breathtaking with their churches and old architecture. The area is made up of a melting pot of cultures and are noticeably young.
