    Having lived here for 4 years I can say it's definitely OK. It is getting better all the time, restaurants and pubs are always improving (Gipsy Road area great). There are also plans for a new pool and leisure centre near the station, a new school has been recently opened and Crystal Palace is only 5 mins away. I have always felt safe, day or night, and there is a sense of community in the area also.

    I have lived there for 6 years and it is very safe. My neighbours are very friendly and we all talk to each other. It has a very nice community feel to it. It also surrounded by great parks like, Crystal Palace, Dulwich & Streathem Common
