Yes this area is very well served for running. There is Ravenscourt Park, Furnival Gardens but even better for running, jogging. Cycling and walking is next to the river. Along The Mall from Hammersmith Bridge right along to Barnes railway bridge is wonderful, mostly traffic free and hugely popular with runners ands joggers, to go a little further keep going to Richmond Bridge or even along to Kew. Most people I think run from Hammersmith Bridge to Old Hammersmith Church and back as I do, always with the river on your left pass stunning Georgian houses and experience stunning sunsets in the evenings, heron, geese, swans, paraqueets, cormorant, mallard, an abundance of riverside wildlife keeps the run interesting.
