Move in date.
If you buy a place, get a move in date and then the estate agent and solicitor keep changing the date, is there anything that I can do?

If you haven't exchanged contracts on the property, then the move in date hasn't been set in stone - it's only a provisional date. If you're in a chain, there are lots of people to take into account - they'll all often move on the same day. I suggest you make a case for the day you want to move, but be prepared to be flexible.
