  • A lot will depend on what commitments you currently have with your existing lender, I would recommend speaking to them and a good independent financial advisor. If you do not know a IFA, I can recommend an excellent one to you.

  • Speak to an independent financial advisor that has access to every lender available, they will give you a step by step guide, very few others are qualified to do so! If remortgaging make sure there are no tie in periods which may mean a penalty if you want to move before the tie in period ends. A reputable IFA will ensure against this. Good Luck with it all.
