Am I able to build on land?
Dear all, I have a land in Bushwood farm Childwickbury, St. Albans, it's 500sq M. My question is, am I able to build on it at the moment? And if I want to sell it as land for now, how much is the market price for it? Regards

I would imagine it would fall outside of the settlement area the council set, to protect the countryside and stop towns expanding too much. Speak to the council to make sure as they will tell you instantly if there is any development opportunity.

This all depends if you can get planning permission, you should enquire with the Local council and apply to build. If you application is successful then selling the land will have a certain premium on it to the next owner. Your first port of call is to see if you can get permission to build.
