This can vary but as a rule a sole agency will be anything from 1.25% to 2% on sale price with a minimum fee of £1250.00. If Multi Agency then between 1.5% to 3% with a minimum fee of £1500.00.

High Street estate agents will generally charge you anywhere from 1%-2%+vat but this varies from the area of the country you are in, etc.
There are also online estate agents that can sell your home for a fixed fee of around £250+vat but these do not offer accompanied viewings but are obviously considerably cheaper.
www.PropertyEagle.co.uk charge £249+vat and advertise your property on all the big property websites.
