Wimbledon Property stock / Cash Buyer
I'm a chain free cash buyer, looking for a property in South Wimbledon, ideally in the ministers area between the northern line and the mainline station (or in the old Merton area just near South Wimbledon station) and finally in south park gardens area. Ideally we're looking for about 1400 Sq Footage plus a garden. We're happy to do work to the property or happy to buy one that's 'done'. But are finding the stock almost non existent in the area? Are budget is around 650K (Could stretch to 700k for something really special) and I need to be within walking distance of the Northern line. Does anyone have ideas of a) an alternative area we could look in b) any sites that focus on chain free buyers or sellers looking for a quick completion as we're eager to move asap. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated, otherwise its just a waiting game until something comes up!

You could look at Graham road that is on the other side of Southpark gardens. I live next to Graham road and it takes me ten minutes to get to the Northern line.
