If they have tried to contact you and you have not responded in a reasonable time(suggest in this kind of case maximum 10 days), in short probably yes, but you will need to check your lease. Did the MA have your phone numbers/email address(or did you supply them) and did they try? If the source of the mice is likely from your flat, they have to access to sort the problem out.
