  • If you don't want to go to auction rooms, then most property is first advertised on portals like Zoopla by estate agents. To get lists of properties you would need to find sites offering this service, but you will usually have to pay. Do a quick Google search and you will see many sites offering this service. I come across repossessions every week searching for properties, the price is usually low and there are tell-tale signs like tape across toilets or appliances, or the property looks stripped of things like flooring covers etc. Free ad sites can be a good place to look.
