Viewing a property?
Can I view a property through more than 1 agent if available?

If you view a house through more than one agent, the vendor might have to pay two sets of fees if selling to you. So that might equate to less of a good deal for you.

If you do view a house through 2 agents then the seller may be liable to pay both estate agents fees and therefore we would advise you to stick with one agent which will keep the vendor happy and more than likely to accept an offer.
We hope this helps.
