  • How does who (buyer, seller, landlord or tenant) charge their agent for what? A lot more information is needed before this can be answered. If your query is regarding a poor service you have received, first go through the complaints process with the agent. If this is unsuccessful/satisfactory then go the a regulator the agent is (hopefully) a member of such as TPO (The Property Ombudsman). If they are not members of any (not a legal requirement in the UK sadly) then I recommend you go to your local CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau)
