  • Hello Emma, It's important to remember what factors, you, as the owner are in control of when selling: Price, Presentation and Access to the property are the key points to remember. Typically we are selling property within 2-4 weeks but this could be due to the high buyer demand in general and low supply (not much choice for buyers) so they are making decisions quicker. Just remember that buyers will view other properties similar to yours, so remain competitive and 'stand out' from the crowd. Make sure you have good photography a fair headline price and provide good access for viewings and you'll find a buyer in no time :-) Mark
