Where is the best place for investing in London?

  • The 'best' place to invest in London depends on so many factors. In the end it really comes down to the best house. I would suggest that a good place to start looking is West London. I would look at all of the places that are touched and improved by the proposed Crossrail. If the market does not budge one inch Crossrail affected towns will rise relative to non crossrail affected towns. I would also look at the catchment areas of the best schools.

  • Blythe Hill in SE6. House prices have gone up by 20% in the last 9 months. The Bakerloo will be arriving in 2023/4 and it looks very much as if everyone knows it too.
