  • Hi Graham, I would say that student property is very much a fantastic area to invest in at any time. I always say that there will always be students, and they will always need somewhere to live, which means that you have a constant wave of demand year-after-year, so long as you are buying in the right place. Make sure to look towards areas that have high numbers of students, but also where you can get properties at a reasonable price rather than having to pay over the odds for the flats or houses themselves. Look for properties as well that are located close to bus stops, train stations and nightlife, as well as the campus itself. You really need to be aware of what is most important to students. The best sort of cities to invest in to find high yields are the likes of Southampton, Manchester and Leeds. Many thanks, Scott
