  • Sold "Subject To Contract". An offer has been made, the seller has accepted, but contracts have not been exchanged therefore there is no binding agreement between buyer and seller, either could withdraw at this stage.

  • Hi, This means Sold, Subject to Contract. Which will mean and offer has been accepted and it is currently exchanging however the sale may still fall through or the buyer / vendor may withdraw the sale/purchase at any time.
