  • Hi, There are a number of different factors that can affect if an area is good or not to live in. Are there any sorts of measures in particular you wanted to analyse. If not, there is a one-stop shop for all your questions about the area that you can find with a little search on Zoopla. If you go back to the homepage of this site, you will see the main search bar. You can use this to look for all homes in Dulwich first and foremost. It doesn't matter if the search is not for the sort of property you want to live in, and you can just click on any of the ones that show up. From the resultant listing, click on the link called local info on top of the main picture to take you to a page that contains all of the stats you might want to know. On the local info page, you can find details of the demographics that live in your area, as well as businesses and services there, crime rates, school performance, transport options nearby and even reviews from people who live there. Hopefully this will help you to make an informed decision on wanting to live there. Many thanks, Scott
