  • Hey Rose, Reinstatement refers not to the market value of the property, but what it would cost to rebuild using like materials and methods of construction. This could apply to anything from sourcing a specific building stone or roof tiles, to recovering historic fireplaces. It will include clearing of the site and total rebuild.
