Buying a house in Bromley, Kent?

Hi, I am looking to buy a house in Bromley. 2-3 bedroom, price range in the region of £220k. The area needs to have good schools and transport links, any suggestions?

  • Hi, Bromley in general is well served by both schools and transport, and no matter where in the town you decide to move to, you will likely to have good access to both of these, thankfully. However, if I were to make a recommendation about what might be the best area to live in, then I would suggest you look at property for sale in the south side of the town, which just has an edge in my personal opinion. While there are stations at both ends of Bromley, for those whom transport is important for, the train station in the south will most likely be better, with frequent services to London leaving the town more often than that in the north. In terms of schools, there are also more in the south of Bromley, with Bromley High School itself for example located to the south side of the town centre. Thanks, Scott
