    I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are, this will also give you a guide to house prices and movement of the market within the area. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

    I lived on clamp hill for 10 years and found it a great place although you do border onto some rubbish council estates in certain areas of Stanmore. Now I much prefer to live in Finchampstead.
