Sutton is a fine place to live, for numerous reasons. If you're after good transport links then you can get from Sutton into London in 20 mins, to Gatwick in 30 mins and down to the coast in well under an hour.
Sutton has been consistantly in the top 3 safest boroughs in London to live in for years, consistantly in the top 5 boroughs nationally for school league tables and we are currently going through a huge redevelopment for central Sutton which includes; major renovation of the high st, redeveloping buildings (google sutherland house project) to provide more housing, social and commercial uses. We also have the tram link joining us very soon and there have been strong discussions about extending the Northern Line to Sutton.
Very good restarunts, good bars, pleanty of parks and lots for the kids to do.
Hope this has shed a little light for you, check out our properties at your-move.co.uk, or call us on 020 8642 2244.

We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area.
You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page.
We hope this helps.
