What's it like to live in Wallington?

Is it an area on the up? What are the local amenities like?

  • It's ok. We live within walking distance of the town centre, which has a few amenities - including some branded high street shops like Boots, WHSmith's, Clarks, etc. There's a big Sainsbury's there as well. Go the other way from town and you're in the country, with hedgerows and foliage. It's quite a nice mix of urban and country. If you need more urban comforts, Croydon and Sutton are a short drive away. There's also quite a few choice schools in the area, so I've been told, so it's quite good for that.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
