Moving to Avro Way in future

How about the community? What is the standard of the people live in that area? How good is this place for the young children age between 10 to 17 and how about the levels of secondary schools? We are try to move to this area by this September and I have two young boys. I really concern about the community and the schools. Are there lots of council flats?
