Does anyone have an insight for the bank rates? Are we looking at any rise in 2011 or it might be in 2012 or maybe even 2013 ?

  The Bank of England meets every first Thursday of the month to decide if the rate will go up or down. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing which way the rate will go but some are predicting a rise before the end of 2011 but they have been known to be wrong.
