Problems with living in Peterborough.

We are considering buying a house in Riversmead Peterborough. Are there any problems we should know about?

  Riverside mead stanground is a very nice residential area, however we had a problem with subsidance on one house sold there, plus flooding could be an issue, be sure to check these out first.
