A very difficult question to answer. Garden land is worth what an interested party is willing to pay, mainly as an extension of their amenity. Agricultural land is generally valued on an acre basis and development land on the basis of its consented value. Other than that probably a local agent may be able to offer an idea but generally on the lines of what it would add to your property.
