What are the council tax bands for FY8 1NP?

  • Hi tomworth, Tax bands are calculated for all homes in England and Wales by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), which analyses houses based on their annual or perceived prices back in 1991. As such, you can use the search function on the VOA website to discover the tax band for any house in these two countries. I have carried this out, and you can have a look at the results here: http://www.voa.gov.uk/cti/RefSResp.asp?lcn=0 As you will see from this results page, there are a number of different tax bands that cover this particular postcode area, and to get an accurate reading, you really need to know the full address of the property you are looking at. What we can see though is that the bands range all the way from A to F, with the most common by quite a margin being A (the cheapest). After you know this, you can use the table via the link below to give you an accurate reading of what you will need to pay in the next tax year. Many thanks, Scott
