Buying two new builds to replace a bad one?
I have bought a new build with problems which I wish to get rid of ASAP. But I would like two more new builds, one to let and one to keep for the time being until I can afford another. Is it a sensible time to buy property to let and as a future investment? Also what is the best way to get rid of a new build which has roof and other problems? I'm not bothered about the money, I just want to offload a bad egg quickly. Cheers.
