Good sense of community and below average crime rates in this medium to large sized town of "the three spires". Education provided by the many schools are excellent for all age levels and abilities, and sporting facilities are second to none. The indoor sports arena is over 100 metres in length which can be adapted to cater for most team sports and athletics events, even international boxing. Full size synthetic running tracks are situated both inside and outside the arena. Close by are a number of specialized grass pitches for tem sports such as soccer, rugby, gaelic, and hockey. The recently modernized leisure centre caters for many other interests including fitness training, etc., along with an olympic length swimming pool. Close to the town centre is a modern shopping centre with multi-story parking, all in close proximity to the town centre shops all within one or two streets. A town service bus provides transport within the town and also as a feeder service to and from the Goldliner service stop 3 miles away.

We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area.
You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page.
We hope this helps.
