Moving from Yalding to another village

I wish to move from Yalding but would prefer to buy in one of the satellite villages of Maidstone. Has anyone any suggestions?

  East Farleigh? Barming? Loose? Teston? Or if you have a bit of cash in your pocket, Hunton is lovely :-) Over the other side of town there are Otham, Leeds and Langley. You could also look along the A20 at Harrietsham or Lenham? Loads of nice villages around Maidstone. Staplehurst and Headcorn are both slightly larger, more independent centres.
