Depends on the Agents you chose but you will need a HIP by law and in most cases you will need to pay for this up front, they vary in price from circa £199 to Max £500 but so does the speed and reliability of what you get back and most good agents wrap up other useful marketing tools with their HIP such as floor plans nice brochures and professional photography. If you would like me to put you in touch with a good agent in your area let me know.
