How do I find a property type in a area i.e. 4 bed, detached, etc.?

I have tried searching for detached on Zoopla by typing in detached in quotes, but it also brings up semi-detached. So if you type in a keyword when searching, it should bring up what you are looking for, but ‘some agents’ still place property in the wrong category to gain more interest. You have to sift through ones of no interest unfortunately. But the keyword search helps a little. I have started a search for you in the below link, to find what you are looking for type in the extra details and any keyword. Hope that helps.
