Is an end-terrace more value?

I own an end-terrace house with large garden to side of it, also large allotment-ground on the rear of property, would my property be worth more, more than a similar one in middle of block in my street?

  • Yes, particularly given the size of plot you have, it is difficult to say exactly how much more in the area where I work typically around 5% more for an end terrace over a mid terrace, but as previously stated given the fact you have a large corner plot potentially more. If you would like a formal valuation I have associated companies in your area who can value your home free of charge and without obligation.

  • An end of terrace property is often more valuable than a terraced property due to the fact that there are no immediate neighbours and this can have a positive effect in terms of noise.
