Is an end-terrace more value?
I own an end-terrace house with large garden to side of it, also large allotment-ground on the rear of property, would my property be worth more, more than a similar one in middle of block in my street?

Yes, particularly given the size of plot you have, it is difficult to say exactly how much more in the area where I work typically around 5% more for an end terrace over a mid terrace, but as previously stated given the fact you have a large corner plot potentially more. If you would like a formal valuation I have associated companies in your area who can value your home free of charge and without obligation.

An end of terrace property is often more valuable than a terraced property due to the fact that there are no immediate neighbours and this can have a positive effect in terms of noise.
