  • Bootle is a very friendly place to live in. It is in the process of regeneration. It has good shopping and school facilities. In Victorian times it was considered to be a Spa town. The areas of Merton Rd and Balliol Rd was the 'in' place for Sea Captains to live in. Our beautiful Town Hall is the only one in the country to boast a replica of the Houses of Parliament. Bootle also has excellent medical and family groups. All in all a good place to live and getting more excellent all the time.

  • Bootle is a great place to live in. Part of Sefton, which was mentioned in the Domesday Book, it is also part of the major west coast port of Liverpool. It has the Merseyside Container port and handles more cargo now than Liverpool ever did. It is close to the longest continuos stretch of sandy beach in the United Kingdom. It has great rail and bus links with Liverpool city centre and Southport and is the home of the South Sefton Academy. Bootle is Regenerating itself as part of the South Sefton Partnership and is fast becoming the place to live. It has excellent schools, colleges and is just a bus ride away from the Universities of Liverpool. It has all the usual amenities, shops, libraries and public Buildings as well as major hospitals in Aintree & Walton and The Royal Liverpool. It is served by two major motorways: M57 and M58 and is minutes away from two Mersey tunnels leading to Wirral and North Wales.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
