Brooklands houses. Is buying a property here a sound investment for the future?
The Brooklands property by Places for people have some very good and spacious houses, however, they have some strict covenants and one of them is you are not allowed to let the property. Is buying a Brookland Property a sound investment for the future? We just want to live there but worried if the restrictions will impact future prices.
