  • Monmouth is a beautiful area with lots of greenery however I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

  • I've lived in monmouth since 2001 & like it. The town has a good selection of shops (national chains & independents) together with supermarkets including Waitrose, Marks & Spencers, Co - Op, Lidl & Iceland. We also have world renowned private & state junior & secondary schools. There are various areas of Monmouth which are all popular but do vary in price due to housing make up etc..One of the obvious things about Monmouth is the stunning scenery that surrounds us like the Wye Valley. Consequently there are plenty of places to walk, ride or even kayak. If you fancy moving here, let me know. I work for Bairstow Eves Estate Agents in Monmouth. Hope to hear from you soon!
