How much of a good buy is Morden?

We are looking to buy in Morden and just wondering what the area was like?

  Hello, Its a quiet, mainly family area, it doesn't have the prestige or the prices of Wimbledon nearby. You can get an ex council house for 230k, 1930's build houses around 300k and it goes up from there. Lots of primary schools and parks, unexciting but affordable.
