The buyer for my house wants me to move out while they renovate.

After 6 months then they will give me my money do you think this is wise for me to accept?

  • No!!! Do not let them do anything until after exchange and completion, as they could start to rip your house apart and then pull out even after exchange.

  • Under no circumstances, unless it is necessary remedial work in order to satisfy their mortgage lender do not let work happen until they are the legal owners. It will also be an insurance/liability nightmare should anything go wrong.
