  • As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title deeds from your local Land Registry office or website. They will contain the date that the property was built.

  • Early/mid 1960s. Hauxley is on Red House I - built before the properties on the other side of Kingston Park Road. As far as I know, the whole estate was completed around 1967-8. Hope this helps. As the previous poster suggested, you can enquire via Land Registry for the exact date of first registration of a particular property - but a fee is payable.
