  • Not a great deal of greenery. Very nice place to live, very easy access to shops and pubs etc....

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.

  • In Holt not much greenery, the son de jour is chainsaws busily chopping it all down and the tidying up squads are hell bent on decimating the local birdlife by removing habitat. Genteel up market tourist town with prices to match and predominantly elderly population. Lots of art galleries and gift shops but not many useful, affordable shops. Parking a complete nightmare and town and residential areas choked with parked cars, no integration of public transport, pavements narrow and unfit for purpose. Very low crime area, everyone in bed by 10pm. Drive outside Holt and the countryside is stunning and the pace of life slow, much to do for all ages. Great place to live if you are retired or an affluent family.

  • Plenty of greenery surrounding this small, mainly 18th century, town 5 miles to North Norfolk coast. Many interesting local shops to suit discriminating tourists.
