Who owns derelict property?
I am looking for a bunglaow in North Shields that requires modernisation or is derelict to adapt for my disability. I have seen a suitable derelict property, how do I find out who owns it please, there is no 'for Sale sign' up?

You would need to get the exact address and search for it on the land registry website. However, you will need to sign up and you will get charged approx. £4.
