  Finding out how much your home is worth is difficult without a professional market appraisal. You can use the resources available here in zoopla which are very good, or by visiting nethouseprices where you will find actual sale prices homes sold in your road. The problem is that none of the net based resources can ever account for the individuality of your home nor can they have a feel for the local market in your area.
