How do I choose the right agent?
Neither my elderly parents or I have ever sold a house. They are looking to move early next year what do they need to look for in a good Agent? There are so many to choose from!

We would suggest that you research the local agents on-line - how many properties do they have on their books, what are their fees etc. Go in & have a chat with the agents - get a feel for how they all work. All agents differ in their approach. Take your time. Good Luck!
