Can a none student rent in a student property?

I'm in full time employment and can I rent in a student property?

  • Yes, as long as you pay your rent! When I was at university in the early 1990's several people I knew shared a student house with a mix of workers and students. Just remember, if you do rent a place which is used by students, you will probably have very little peace! Many students play loud music, come in at all hours and do not clean-up much! I personally kept away from living with my fellow students in the second year to find a bit of peace. The choice is yours. Best of luck to you. Tony
