  • Hi, Zoopla is only open to estate agents to advertise on and therefore do not allow any private listings. If you would like to see your property advertised on Zoopla you would need to instruct a local estate agent who advertises on Zoopla to rent your property. It may be worth asking your estate agent of their packages for landlords as if you are just looking for a tenant you could ask your estate agent if they provide a tenant find only service where they will advertise the property and find you a tenant but then you would control everything else in terms of rent collection and maintenance. You can search for local estate agents who advertise on Zoopla via the 'Find Agents' Tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hello Lance, Zoopla does not promote private listings and they work directly with estate agents who are bound by law to be truthful in their property marketing which provides protections to both the buyer and seller. To ensure your property appears on Zoopla, make sure you select an agent who lists their properties with them. You can follow the below link to find a Zoopla qualified estate agent. Hope that helps.
